How to Find Us
Located off the A75, Carlisle to Stranraer road, Kirkpatrick Durham stands between Dumfries (15 miles) and Castle Douglas (8 miles), about 1 hour from Carlisle. and is 2 hours driving distance from Glasgow and just over 2 hours driving distance from Edinburgh.
Turn Right if coming from Dumfries on A75 (left if coming from Castle Douglas) opposite the shop in Springholm (signposted 'Kirkpatrick Durham'). go into Kirkpatrick Durham and turn right at crossroads. After leaving the village, Durhamhill's drive is the first on the right, where the road veers left and there are several water hydrants on the verge. Warning - do not follow satelite navigation instructions for last couple of miles as it is likely to lead you up a very bumpy track.
